Good to Go (‘Lekker Gaan’ in Dutch) is a mobile first video gallery that selects curated video content that matches your travel time exactly. Made for a young target audience when they are en route to school, to friends or their jobs, to support a new dataplan from Dutch mobile network provider KPN.
Rather than building another app, we built a mobile site that still has the silky smooth user experience you’d expect from an app. Good to Go is all about being on the move, it’s design and motion expresses this in a continuous sense of moving forward.
We gave each curator his/her very own colour way, within the corporate palette of KPN.
For it’s content, Good to Go seamlessly integrates Vimeo in an unique way. Making use of the Vimeo API, users are presented with content loaded directly into Good to Go. For maximum viewing pleasure, you can swipe away a video. After you swipe, a new video is added directly from Vimeo to your personal playlist.
We targeted our audience via the social accounts of the 5 curators. We also used outdoor, pre-rolls, radio and banners. And in everything we did, we put the ‘on-the-go’ feel.
